Are the free offers real?

Yes! You just need to pay for shipping and handling.

 

Where are you located?

We ship from various locations, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and China. Kindly note that shipping time differs based on the country destination.

 

Do you ship globally?

Not yet, but we will do it soon! Currently, we only ship locally in the United States.

 

Supported Shipping Methods

We will select the most suitable carrier among the following options: DPD, DPEX, FedEx, DHL, Hermes, USPS, UPS, China EMS, etc.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 days, with most shipments arriving faster.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our insured shipping & handling fees are:

$7.95 on orders under $30

$9.95 on orders between $30 and $100

Free shipping on orders over $100

 

Special Deals – Free Plus Shipping:

In special promotions, some items can be purchased as "Free Plus Shipping." The only expense is a $10.95 insured shipping and handling charge per item.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, if your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our Order Status page. Please note:

It may take 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking number does not update within 3 days, please contact us.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. For detailed information, please refer to our Returns Policy Page.

I received the wrong item.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our support team at support@theemporial.com with your order details, and we'll assist you promptly.

My order arrived damaged.

We're sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@theemporial.com with photos of the damaged item, and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where should I send my authorized return?

After contacting our support team and receiving return authorization, please send returns to the adress you will get from our customer support after contacting us.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will be notified via email once your refund or exchange is processed.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Can I return an item that has been used?

We only accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be eligible for a return or refund.

What if my return is lost in transit?

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Yes! If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined due to incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, or security checks by your bank. Please check your details and try again.
